Workout videos

This year my goal for 2021 is to get as healthy and fit as I can. But this isn't the typical "I WANNA BE SUPER SEXY" (said in deep man voice haha) For me this health goal revolves around my MENTAL health. If you have been following me for very long, you know I deal with pretty bad anxiety. And the science behind exercise and mental health is ENDLESS. Nate and I don't have kids yet, but when we do I want to be at my healthiest I can be so I can mentally better handle the stresses that will inevitably come with that journey. But even before that, my mental health matters RIGHT NOW

So wether you are working out to be "SUPER SEXY", which lets be real, who doesnt want to look super sexy? And I know how I feel about how my body looks, goes hand in hand with my mental health as well. But for whatever reason you are doing it, CONSISTENCY is key! even if you can only do 10 minutes one day, THAT IS BETTER THAN ZERO MINUTES! Focus on what you ARE doing not what you are NOT doing.

Me sharing my workout journey this year is to help keep myself accountable and help any of you that want to improve yourself see how easy and simple it can be! This is a place we should be supporting and encouraging each other, not tearing down!

Lets make this year a good one and take care of the body we were given, because its the only one we will get!

Arms: 10 minutes

Legs: 15 minutes

Abs: 10 minutes

Total Time: 48 minutes

All of my workouts are done at home. Today I did use the treadmill for my cardio but if you don't have a bike or treadmill, I love to use my stairs or you can even youtube "cardio workout". There are so many ways to get your cardio in! Once it gets warmer out, Nate and I love to go run outside!

I rarely use the same videos twice, because I need new stuff to keep myself entertained. So you will find that today I did 4 different videos for my workout. Which makes it nice if you only have 10 minutes you can just do one video or two, etc. I had to remind myself today that done is better than none. It was a very unmotivated slow morning since it took me 2 hours to finish this 48 minutes workout...sheesh. But its done! Good luck on your monday workout!
